Rose Rock and its partners have a demonstrated track record of executing on projects. Rose Rock and affiliates have 1,200 multi-housing units under management/development, representing over $220 MM of total development costs. Rose Rock owns and manages 4 multi-family, mixed-use assets located in Downtown Tulsa.

Rose Rock’s mission is to continue developing multifamily focused real estate development projects throughout the region, with a focus on generating value for the company’s stakeholder, investors and community partners.
